We currently ship within New Zealand only. Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Orders are shipped via NZ Post or courier. Delivery timeframes vary but are generally 3–7 business days once dispatched. Rural delivery may take longer.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, Middlewood is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage. However, we are happy to assist with tracking where possible.
